What's the difference between Medium and Parvus?

Medium offers greater coverage, 180 LEDs and a floor-standing setup, while Parvus is more compact and designed for face, neck and targeted areas.

Why can't I see the near-infrared light?

Near-infrared light is outside the visible spectrum, so the NIR LEDs can appear dim or off to the naked eye even when they’re operating normally.
