At Renovo Australia, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be dispatched and delivered.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If available, this will be clearly stated at checkout.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Renovo Australia does not guarantee delivery by any specific date.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. Expedited or express shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout with applicable fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it, unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Please note:

  • Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, risk of loss passes to you.
  • Renovo Australia is not liable for loss or theft of parcels after confirmed delivery, provided the parcel was delivered to the correct address.
  • If you believe your parcel was incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
  • Our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected by this clause.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Renovo Australia is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delays may occur
  • Additional reshipping fees may apply at the customer's expense
  • Renovo Australia is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided at checkout

PO Box Deliveries

Due to the size and weight of some products, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available for all items. Please provide a physical delivery address where possible.


Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

Delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, natural events, or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Renovo Australia. However, if a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate and in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or exclude those rights. Nothing in this policy removes your entitlement to a remedy for a major failure of a product or service.
