Getting started
A simple, comfortable addition to your skincare routine. Follow the manufacturer's operating instructions and begin with a short session.
- Prepare your skinCleanse your face and ensure your skin is clean and dry.
- Fit your maskPosition the mask comfortably over your face and adjust the strap.
- Power onPress and hold the power button on the mask for approximately 2 seconds.
- Select a modeUse the M button on the wireless controller to switch between the two available light modes.
- Set your sessionChoose the timer and brightness setting. For your first session, start with 5 minutes at a comfortable brightness.
Explore your light modes
Your mask combines visible light and near-infrared wavelengths. The two operating modes are selected using the wireless controller.
Red + NIR
665 nm red light combined with near-infrared light, for a skin-focused wellness routine.
Manufacturer guidance: Up to 10 minutes per session, up to 4 times per week, at high brightness.
Blue + NIR
460 nm blue light combined with near-infrared light, intended for a blemish-prone skin routine.
Manufacturer guidance: 5–10 minutes per session, up to 4 times per week, at high brightness.
Controls & charging
Timer & brightness
Timer options shown in the manufacturer leaflet are 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Brightness has three levels: low, medium and high.
Choose the lower brightness setting if the higher setting feels uncomfortable.
Charging your mask
Charge using a USB-C cable. The leaflet indicates a red light while charging and a green light when fully charged.
Approximate charge time: 3 hours. Do not use the mask while it is charging.
The manufacturer's leaflet estimates up to 40 minutes of battery use at low brightness, or approximately three 10-minute sessions at high brightness. Actual battery life may vary.

Safety first
- Read all instructions before use and follow the supplied eye-safety guidance. Do not look directly into active light emitters.
- Do not use the mask if damaged. Do not disassemble, modify or attempt repairs.
- Keep the mask and charging components away from water, excessive heat and moisture.
- Do not use while charging. Keep out of reach of children.
- The manufacturer's leaflet states the product is not suitable for people with pacemakers or similar implanted devices.
- Stop using the device if you experience discomfort. Consult a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, taking photosensitising medication, or managing a light-sensitive condition.
Care & support
How do I clean the mask?
Turn off and disconnect the mask before cleaning. Wipe gently with a damp microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive materials and harsh cleaning products. Allow to dry fully before storing or using.
How often should I use it?
The manufacturer's guide suggests up to four sessions per week for either mode, with a maximum of 20 minutes of use per day. Start with shorter sessions and adjust to comfort.
Can I use the mask while it charges?
No. The manufacturer's leaflet specifically states that the mask cannot be used while charging.
What is covered by the warranty?
Your RENOVO Laser Face Mask includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use, subject to final supplier confirmation. Contact our team for warranty enquiries. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
